Question About Snapper Lawn Mower 21355P
can't start it...

My husband asked me to mow the lawn today I haven't used our mower in years. He is out of town, won't be back for a week. In a week the lawn will be too long to mow. We can put a man on the moon, but.... I can't start it. Lever is on Start. I hold the blade control up to handle--I used this mower 10 yrs ago. No go. I don't think it's electric.
