I have a simplicity 1002 roticul tiller with a 2 h...

I have a simplicity 1002 roticul tiller with a 2 horsepower/4cycle briggs and straton motor. It will not start. I have put in fresh gas, new spark plug, and replaced the coil. does anyone have an idea as to why it won't start?
