0 1714242 is the WHEEL & HUB ASSY part #. You might like www.simplicitymfg.com/manuals/ and http://www.partstree.com/parts/. Make sure you look at the back of your simplicity snowblower down below and get your model number (8 digits)and serial number(4 digits). then go to websites. A lot of parts are no longer available for 870. But some are like tires and wheels I believe.
