my snow blower does not shut off when I take the key out.... Even if I throttle down it will not turn off.... I must pull the spark plug wire off to get it to stop.... Underneath the gas tank is a wire with a clear plastic covering that is not connected to anything... could this be the cause of the problem... if o where does it attach?\? There are no clips nore attachment points on that side of the snowthrower that are evident?
