I cant seem to figure out why my hands free auger control no longer works. service folks don't really want to share ideas and want it brought in. it works fine other than having to hold both handles in. any ideas mechanically? I can't find how the mechanism actually engages the auger lever and keeps it there. i suspect that a pin or something has fallen off.
