Problem with my Coronet 1692198 . Wont start with ...

Problem with my Coronet 1692198 . Wont start with ignition. Can be "jumped" and runs fine ! But when jumped, can't engage blades with switch . Replaced Solenoid, Ignition Switch, Battery is good , started good. Help !!!
