I'm replacing the front tires and noticed there is quite a bit of room between the inner hub of the wheel and the axle shaft itself. I would like to know if a bushing of some kind should be used on this hub? I also have a starting problem on the 5216. It cranks but doesn't sputter...even when I use starting fluid. There doesn't seem to be a spark. Any ideas here? Please advise. Thank you.
