Question About Simplicity Lawn Mower 12.5 LTH
electric pto clutch...

The clutch won't engage, if I unplug the wires going to the clutch and i hook the test light to the yellow wire coming from the tractor the light will come on but if i pull the pto switch the light goes out, do i have a bad ground ??
