Question About Simplicity Lawn Mower 14
changing tire...

We have a Simplicity Regent lawn mower with a flat tire and can't get the tire off. We have no manual. Help! We can't see any bolts to remove and have already removed the c-clamp but the tire won't budge. What are we doing wrong? Thanks.
