Question About Sears Trimmer 900.74526
900.74526 Trimmer...

The sppol and cap "blew" off the unit while I was using it. I do not SEE any broken parts, but the spool does not "drop into place". It fits, but it doesn't secure. I took it to Sears, they didn't see broken part, and not sure of the problem. What part/piece could be missing /broken to prevent the spool from fitting securely into place?
