0 Using PB Blaster type PENETRATING OIL on the two rear track wheel axle bolts, loosen the two rear wheel bolts on the track just enough to turn the cam plate under the bolts. Use a breaker bar and 6 point 1/2 inch socket. Turn both cam plates using a cresent type wrench until you achieve the track tension you want then re-tighten the rear track wheel bolts. Repeat procedure on the other track.
