My snowblower won't start. The electric start just clicks once, and doesn't turn the engine over. When I try to pull start the engine it doesn't seem to fire at all, as if there is a neutral safety switch that is not working correctly. The wheels turn freely so I can roll the machine. However, the impeller does not turn manually. Should it? Is the drive for the impeller jammed causing the neutral safety switch to prevent ignition?
