5 ck for spark if no spark ck kill switch then you may have to pull fly wheel off and clean contact points inside

0 my nephew who is a firefighter and died from doing search and rescue sept 11 left me this snow thrower. I can't get it started or find the manual. I replaced the spark plug but it still won't start..please help me
