I accidentally broke or snapped the part that controls the cable or somehow I broke something that controls or starts my craftsman blower. the cable which attaches to the inner bar. I ordered the part this evening. is it a simple install or do I need a dealer to install it for me? part number 10 on the part chart. model 247.88700
