0 Good day, Katbalou, Two things come to mind: you've broken one or both of the shear pins on the main augers OR your auger clutch cable is broken or loose. First the cable: when you try to enable the auger, do you feel tension on the handle like normal or does the grip flop around. If it flops, your cable is broken or the z -tip has come off. This is sears part 761872. It's easy to replace: just look at the similar drive clutch cable on the left side. If it's not that cable, then it's something to do with the auger drive system. The most common problem is if one or both of the shear bolts snapped (safety system), the augers will not rotate when you engage them. You can check this while the engine is *OFF!!!!*; see if you can spin the big auger(s). If you can, then the shear bolt has snapped. This can occur if you clipped a large stick, bumped into a landscaping timber or anything significant enough to prevent the main auger from rotating freely; I broke one last night. Your blower should have come with two easy to install spares. If you don't have any, the shear bolt part# is 1501227. You may be able to get these from a local HW store, but make sure they are 3/16" in diameter or less; larger ones won't fit. If these don't describe your problem, you may just have a loose auger drive belt. The adjustment is not too hard, but a picture paints a thousand words...and the manual has this info. I hope this helps. Good luck and happy snow blowing! Andy
