Push mower misfires and fouls the plug. I've changed the oil, replaced the filter, cleaned the spark plug, put gas restorer in the fuel, cleaned the undercarriage/blade, sprayed some deep creep in the carb made sure the tension spring is in place and checked that the starting handle is secure. Any thoughts?
