Question About Sears Lawn Mower 143.006002
O rings oil fill tube...

I always have oil leaking from around the fill tube on this lawn mower. Will replacing the O rings fix it? Also the oil drain plug is busted but nothing comes out? How do I fix or is this the problem? Thanks
