Question About Sears Lawn Mower 19738891
i bought this mower about 4 yrs ago, it worked for...

i bought this mower about 4 yrs ago, it worked for a season and when i brought it out of the shed the next year it wouldnt start. i have zero understanding of this stuff and I delayed addressing it. I was told I probably need to clean the spark plug or filter or fuel line would the manual have instructions on doing that and do I get one?
