Do you need to change the oil filter every time you add oil to a Craftsman LT 2000 Briggs & Stratton 17.5 OHV ride on lawn mower? Model # 917.288033 Also, can I use SAE30 Oil? If so, do I have to mix it with something else before I add it to the mower?
