Craftsman 420cc 30 inch riding lawn mower won't st...

Craftsman 420cc 30 inch riding lawn mower won't start. It ran out of gas, I let it cool down now I can't even start it. This mower is brand new. I am having trouble getting the online owners manual to trouble shoot. The page loads with words jumbled together... Someone please help!
