Question About Sears Lawn Mower 917.287420
48" mower deck...

Question: I am replaceing the 3 Arbor assembly on my mower deck. They sent me 12 new self tapping screws to apply to the arbors to hold them. I am worried the screws may break in the arbor when i try to mount the Arbors. Is there some thing I should do like grease the screws before i use them to self tap the Arbor ??
