Question About Sears Lawn Mower None

I can't remember how the pulley on top of the mandrel goes back together, is there a washer under the pulley. when I tighten the nut, it locks up the assmbly, there must be some kind of spacer under the pulley, I tried a washer and it didn't work either, anyways I have a 917252560 craftsman
