I need a part but don't know what I need, I have a lifestyler 3500a Exercise bike and I'm not sure what broke on it. the chain is still on and the handles still move when I pedal, but there is no tension, the wheel spins freely. Can someone give me some ideas of what might have broke, so I can replace the part? Thank
