Question About Scotts Lawn Mower L1742
Want to change my drive belt but can't figure out ...

Want to change my drive belt but can't figure out how without taking the tractor appart mainly the steering rod is in the middle of the pulley which became my turn around from the job and seek help on how to best get the job done. This is on my L1742 Scotts Lawn tractor manufactured by John Deere .
