The noise is much louder now. it has a ringing sound that I beleive is from the pullies as they spin one of the belt pullies seems to be in close contact with steel deck above near the engine howdo I locate the noise ansd how do i fix it? are there any recalls on this 1 year old mower it shouldnt have an issue like this .
