Question About Sarlo Trimmer SS-18

4 weeks ago I bought this Line Trimmer new and I worked only 30 minutes and the motor Briggs and Stratton Modell 21032 0118 E1 didn't work anymore. The reason was the carburettor was loose, the second screw to the cylinder didn't exist. A piece of this screw was inside the cylinder. Who can help me?
