Question About Ryobi Trimmer 890r
Taking the string head off...

this is a Ryobi Gas Trimmer SS30 RY30040B.. unable to locate manual. I don't know how to take the string head off to replace the line.... does anyone know an easy way to get this off?? Not very user friendly, that is for sure...

5 Take an adjustable slide lock pliers and use it to turn the red part counter clockwise. Then take the part where the string goes and put the end of the new string in the hole on the top part only then wrap it around the top ONLY. do the same for the bottom and put it back together.
