Question About Ryobi Trimmer None
Stalls out...

I can start the trimmer but it stalls out as I pull the trigger. I spoke to a customer service/tech guy and he says it needs carb adjustment. then he told me that there is a special tool. I have read on the internet that this is a common problem. How do I get the tool?
