RY28040 - replaced spark module, but after replaci...

RY28040 - replaced spark module, but after replacing main housing cover back on pull cord is now frozen. removed plug to relieve possible PSI in cylinder, still won't pull at all. how to reset clutch maybe? where can i find repair manual? Thx
