My trimmer wouldn't start and on investigation I discovered that both small black hoses had severed at the fuel tank entry point. I emptied the fuel tank and recovered both perished hose pieces and also a spear-shaped piece that had clearly broken off from somewhere and a piece that has a cylindrical white rubber part and a section that looks as though it fits inside a hose. I have no idea where these pieces were attached or to what. The trimmer is currently completely inoperable.
