MODEL RY34000. I COULDN'T PULL OUT THE STRING, SO I OPENED (UNDID 4 SCREWS) THE "HEAD?" TO GET STRING OUT; WHEN I PULLED THE STRING LOOSE, LITTLE SPRING AND PART WITH "TEETH" FLEW OFF!! AND I CANNOT FIND THEM. I DID NOT LOSE THE OTHER MATCHING PARTS. CAN I GET THESE TWO PARTS? THANKS. PATTI
