I have a Ryobi string trimmer, mod#ry24000, made in china , it cuts fine for about 6 inches and the string breaks, I have checked and double checked the winding on feed spool but problem continues when used in edging position. what is the problem or is it the product that I have. please advise to e-mail address rosamert@yahoo.com as soon as possible. thank you
