0 We had this problem as well and found that is was caused by three things. 1) Water in fuel 2) Fuel/Oil Misture Wrong 3) Air in Line /had to prime more than required. We drained the tank of all fuel and let set for 2 or 3 days to "dry out". Re-mixed fuel to proper fuel/oil ratio, mixing VERY WELL. Then, we refueled the trimmer, priming 10 times rather than the called for 7 times and she started right up and we have had no problems since.
