Question About Ryobi Outdoor Brush Cutter 890r
Inability to start...

Starting up for first time this season. Got started briefly, then it stopped, then wouldn't start. Pull cord feels very rough when pulling, but not frayed. Need owner's manual and parts list to help diagnose what's wrong and, if necessary, order new part(s).
