Question About Rover Lawn Mower 28169
Belt off pully...

The belt from engine pulley to cutter drive pulley on my 27169/80 has come off the cutter drive pulley twice in a week. The 1st time the service agent put it back & is vague about how he repaired it. How do I put it back?
