Question About Rover Chipper 5 hp
I need a manual...

I just bought a Rover 5hp shredder second hand. When moving it in my car the oil spilled out and some ran into the shredder engine. I've cleaned the spark plugs, but it won't start. Also need a new airfilter. Can I get a manual?
