My Robin EY15D engine on a old Webb lawnmower leak...

My Robin EY15D engine on a old Webb lawnmower leaks petrol from somewhere around the carb area. If I switch off the fuel to 'close' it stops leaking. Could it be the fuel filter..? Any idea's..? Thanks
