Question About RIDGID Pressure Washer RD80746
rigid gasoline pressure washer...

How do I get the soap to dispence. The water pressure is fine, but no soap will come out. Model number RD80746. All I can find is the replacement parts list --- no help.

0 I called tech support and they gave me the fix. Remove the hose going from the soap dispenser into the metal nipple on the pump. While the engine is off but the water supply is on, stick something (I used the blunt end of a small drill bit) into the nipple and while allowing water to flow push in several times. This frees up and unclogs the ball bearing inside that allows the soap to flow when a low pressure tip is being used. Worked great for me!! (BTW, I don't use any of the tubing connected to the soap reservoir... I just use another piece of tubing directly from the nipple to the bottle of cleaning solution.)
