2 i am at the remington web page , and all i want is to order a part, and it is so hard to do this one thing. the pare gives me a link of a web page that do not sell the brand or part.remington( electric trimmer/edger-st3812b is the model). and the part is (line retaining ring) so how do i go about getting a replacement? and the link is ( partstore).
