I bought the Remmington RM2510 2-cycle trimmer in May. The first time I had to add line to it, the shaft where the bolt screws in just spins with the bolt. I have to take a pair of vice grips, and channel locks to remove the case. This takes about 20 minutes. I am not a business, or a fully employed person, and this problem is costing me about $40 a week in lost yard work. Unfortunately I did not keep the receipt, but my local Ace Hardware store is very aware of when I bought it, because they helped me fix it the first time, but I go through this EVERY TIME I have to add line. I either want a new trimmer, or you to authorize my local Ace store to refund my money. You should be ashamed of selling such a defective product!!!!!
