Question About Remington Pole Saw 106821
REMINGTON 8' ELECTRIC TELESCOPINT POLE SAW Model RPS2N1...

Opened the box and the Slide handle bracket and the clamping bolt were not in the box. I purchased the saw a few years ago and just now opened it. I am unable to use the pole with the saw attached. I always double check that items have not been previously opened when I purchase them. Could this item have benn left out of the box? If not, how can I get the slide handle bracket?
