what is the difference between the 106890-01 and 106890-02 and are the parts the same as I can not find the 02 parts list? I have the 02 model and the oil tank cracked at the cap and leaked down onto the pole and now the pole has come loose from the out side part that you hold onto and it twist and is no longer stable. how do I glue it back because the oil has left a residue that won't let anything stick to it.
