i have a small m15014as c-2 14 inch bar 1.2 hp.the...

i have a small m15014as c-2 14 inch bar 1.2 hp.the bar won't stay tight.i can make 2 or3 cuts and have to stop and fix it am i missing something ?i cleaned the round plastic part with the teeth but it seems loose.any way.can you help me or let me know if there is a place to have it looked at zip 62321
