My radio alert goes off every day around 9:00 am. ...

My radio alert goes off every day around 9:00 am. I want this to STOP! I just want to hear the test every Wednesday and then an alerts if bad weather is approaching. When I turn the signal alert off then I get nothing. How do I fix this?
