I BOUGHT THIS SPA USE.. IT HAS A WEIRD SMELL ABOUT..THIS YEAR THE ONIZER? IS LEAKING...DO I NEED THIS LITTLE BOX OR CAN I DISCONNECT? ALSO THE HEATER ONLY SEEMS TO HEAT TO 94 DEGREES..WHAT DO I DO
