Question About ProForm Hot Tub PFSB43140

Someone gave me this tub. The temperature will not stay constant. I cannot find a manual for it. Can you send me a manual and tell me how old it is?

0 I have the pfsg5103 and it is currently wired to a standard 120v outlet. I'm having the same problem. It won't heat up efficiently (it takes hours just to get to 97f)and when we get in the temp starts to go down! The heater is a 240v heater so I'm curious if wiring the spa to 240v instead of 120v would allow the heater to work better? Problem is I can't find and diagrams to do so.
