Starting problems...

won't start 0 fires up with starting fluid for 5 sec then dies. cleaned float bowl and carb cleaner in carb intake.

0 Changed carb and fuel line, cleaned fuel tank. Engine fires up, runs for 3-4 seconds then dies. Sometimes it seems to backfire through the intake. Curious about oil level cut-off switch and any other safety interrupts in this system. Unable to find sufficient tech data. Is the oil level cut off bypassable? Help. James
