Engine won't start. This unit has been in storage for 2 years. Pull Start Electronic Ignition. May have bad Gas. Hasn't been changed since purchased. Can it be the Low Oil Sensor is stuck ? Don't see light flicker on the off on switch when the engine is rotatated by pulling the starter cord. Any help would be appreciated. Where is the Carb Air Cleaner ?
