how do i fix that problem

0 On mine I found that the spark plug was loose. Try tightening it. Tighten the 2 hex-head head bolts. You may try rebuilding the carburetor or replacing it. I also replaced the carburetor. wt669 is the model I had for my te475y. Sears parts carries the carburetor.
