TE475Y weed whacker---there is a soldered on end ...

TE475Y weed whacker---there is a soldered on end of the throttle trimmer cable that fits into the carbuerator to speed up the rpm's. It slipped out and I need to know how and where it fits back in--top or bottom hole.
